"For Black Friday i had come in to purchase a helmet. I found one that i loved but they didn't have it in my size and told me it was the last one. So i purchased the helmet even though it was a size bigger then what i needed. I came in a week later and come to find out the helmet i purchased was in stock with a Medium. That is the size i actually needed. I asked the manager if it was possible if i could trade my Large helmet for the Medium. The manager stated yes. I was super excited to have one that would fit me properly. Well after stating yes he started to clean the helmet i was going to trade him. He then noticed some scuff marks on the front of the helmet. Apparently my wife had scuffed it that morning. The manager then said after noticing the scuff that he wouldn't be able to trade it. I was kinda down but figured we could figure something out so i can get the right size. So i asked it if was possible if i use the Large helmet as a trade in with money on top? He said no that they need to be able to resell the item as new. I then asked may i just return the helmet then? He then said again No you can not, we need to be able to resell the helmet as new. I honestly got upset that he wouldn't work something out with me. I feel as a business that is in customer service field that they would go the extra step to please there customers. On the ride back home I was upset about the whole thing. I just couldn't believe that the only way i can get the right size is to buy the other helmet. And that is what they told me. "

"Complete beginner, just having gained my endorsement went to purchase my first helmet. Jessica at the Sanford store took me under her wing and spent as long as I needed to get me the right helmet.

I tried on quite a few and she was patient and accommodating.

Made the whole purchase easy and I came away with a fantastic helmet and I will be delighted to go back to the store and purchase again in the future.
